Founded in 2009, Projuris Business Services Inc. was established by the late Justice Florentino P. Feliciano, a retired Justice of the Philippine Supreme Court, former Managing Partner of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (SyCipLaw), and former Head of the Appellate Body of the World Trade Organization.Today, the company is chaired by Hans B. Sicat, a global investment banker and former President and CEO of the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Projuris Business Services Inc. is a specialized service provider supporting global law firms and consulting organizations. Its core services include legal research, document review, data verification, contract management, and law firm support, complemented by expertise in financial management, data analysis, and accounting.

The company has a proven track record of building and managing dedicated client teams, with some partnerships lasting over a decade.
